Email address and display name when you create an account.

Task data

Tasks, notes, and focus session data you create within the app.

Usage data

App features you use, session duration, and game scores in Brain Break.

Device information

Device type, operating system, and app version for bug fixing purposes.

3. How We Use Your Information

• To provide and improve the FlowLane service
• To send task reminders and push notifications you have opted into
• To generate AI-powered task suggestions and daily plans via Anthropic's API
• To track your productivity streaks and Brain Break game progress

4. Data Storage

Your data is stored securely using Supabase. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

5. AI Features

FlowLane uses AI powered by Anthropic's Claude to generate task suggestions, focus plans, and Brain Break puzzles. Your task descriptions may be sent to Anthropic's API to generate these suggestions. We do not use your data to train AI models.

6. Advertising

FlowLane displays rewarded video advertisements through Google AdMob. These ads are optional — you choose to watch them in exchange for in-game rewards. AdMob may collect device identifiers for ad personalization. You can opt out of personalized ads in your device settings.

7. Push Notifications

If you enable reminders, we send push notifications for task due dates. You can disable notifications at any time in your device settings.

8. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You can delete your account and all associated data by contacting us at getflowlaneapp@gmail.com.

9. Children's Privacy

FlowLane is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.

10. Your Rights

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or in-app notification.

13. Account Deletion

You can permanently delete your account and all associated data at any time from the Profile page in the app. This will remove your tasks, streak data, and profile information. Alternatively, you may email getflowlaneapp@gmail.com to request deletion.
