FlowLane Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using FlowLane, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the service.
2. Description of Service
FlowLane is a task management application that helps you organize, prioritize, and work through tasks. Core features are free. Optional premium themes are available as one-time purchases.
3. Your Account
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 13 years old to use FlowLane.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use FlowLane to store unlawful content, harass others, or attempt to disrupt the service. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
5. Premium Themes
Premium themes are sold as one-time purchases. Refunds are handled per the platform where the purchase was made (Google Play or Stripe). Once purchased, a theme is available to your account permanently.
6. AI Features
FlowLane uses AI to generate task suggestions, daily plans, and puzzle content. AI output may not always be accurate. You are responsible for reviewing suggestions before acting on them.
7. Advertising
FlowLane may display ads through Google AdMob. Ads are optional. You can control ad personalization in your device settings.
8. Privacy
Your use of FlowLane is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect and handle your data.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
FlowLane is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, FlowLane and its developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification.
